Warranty Policy

My Aga offers warranty for all agarwood bracelets in the following cases:
• Broken string due to technical faults (not caused by external force).
• Loosened or detached connecting knots.

We provide complimentary services for restringing, cleaning, and repairing your bracelet.
Replacement of beads or accessories (silver, gold, coral, etc.) will be quoted separately based on actual costs.

Care Instructions
To preserve the beauty and natural energy of your agarwood bracelet, please:
• Avoid excessive contact with water, perfume, or sweat.
• Remove before bathing, swimming, or vigorous activities.
• Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Gently wipe with a soft cloth when cleaning.
