Order Confirmation

• Once your order is placed, a confirmation with receipt will be sent via email or phone.

Delivery

• Our staff will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery time.
• Please check the products carefully before signing the Delivery Note.
• If unsatisfied, you may request a return directly with the delivery staff.

Payment

• For "Cash on Delivery" orders, payment can be made upon receipt.

EXCHANGE/RETURN 

• Exchange accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with full beads, accessories, box, and pouch intact.
• No exposure to water, scratches, or deformation.
• Order details or phone number must be provided for verification.

Eligible for free exchange:
• Products with technical defects (wrong item, missing accessories, faulty string).
• Damaged during shipping (please record a video when unboxing).

Exchange by personal preference:
• My Aga supports resizing, style changes, or adjustments to better fit your wrist.
• For higher-value items, please pay the price difference.
• Shipping fees may be partially or fully supported depending on the case.
